Erik Tempelman, plenary kenote and expert playground 3
The main interest of Erik Tempelman's, assistant professor at the TU Delft faculty of Industrial Design Engineering, is sustainability. In his PhD project, he investigated the role advanced materials can play in for more sustainable transport. He worked at DAF Trucks, TNO and Nedschroef. His main educational fields are materials and production technology. He is a very enthusiastic speaker and is guaranteed to make you listen from the start to the end.

Yiftach Sagiv, plenary experience and facilitator playground 2
Yiftach Sagiv, boss and creator of the Essence training concept, is a very inspiring and experienced spokesman. After an interactive lecture he will focus, in a group game, on experiential learning vs intellectual learning and ego vs success: How a designer is limited in her/his creativity and activities by being egoistic in stead of cooperative. Louis Neven, expert playground 1
Louis Neven is a Ph.D. researcher at the Management and Business faculty of the University of Twente. He is a researcher in the field of science and technology studies (STS) and his research is about the relationship between designers and users of Ambient Intelligence technologies. His aim is to understand the representations designers need to make of users in order to innovate. More information can be found on Louis' webpage at the University of Twente.

Lindy Hensen, expert playground 3
Industrial design engineer Lindy Hensen, has specialized in finding the right idea for a company in combination with the needs coming from the market. An important aspect should be that there really is an added value; to the company, the customer and, preferably, to society. Sustainability should be self-evident within this story. Currently, she is working at NPSP Composieten, on finding applications and making composites more sustainable.

Lenny van Onselen, facilitator playground 3
Lenny van Onselen is very passionate about sustainable innovations and creativity. She has a background in Design Engineering, with a specialization in creative facilitation, innovation and sustainability management. Recently, she decided to start her own company, Dusc, to put her specialization into practice. Dusc combines creativity and sustainability in the earliest phases of the innovation process.

Rob de Graaf, serious reflection
Rob de Graaf, innovation facilitator, entrepreneur and lecturer, will guide the serious reflection. He addresses innovation with hands on approaches. His focus is on creating vision, leading and coaching teams, defining and improving processes. Collaboration (intra and inter organization) is often a key issue. He is leading the Innovation Leadership network and is an active member of the Product Development & Management Asscociation (PDMA) in the Netherands.
